The situation & problem
Tartibix is an operations product, not a brochure. The public surface is a sign-in to the working system.
The operational constraints
Auth-gated product. The public page can only promise workflow; the system itself is behind login.
Architectural tradeoffs & what was refused
A project-management marketing site with screenshots of a tool that did not exist.
What I built & shipped
Authenticated platform shell, project-management positioning, and working login.
Architecture & stack
Authenticated web app — TypeScript, Next.js, relational backend. Work happens inside the session.
Result & measurable impact
The product has a door. Coordination happens in the system, not on the landing page.
Next iterations & roadmap
A public capability page that does not require an account to understand the model.
